The addition of dill gives these cucumbers a distinct flavor that is very appealing.

What you'll need:

  • 2 tbsp. fat-free plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 2 cup sliced cucumber, not peeled

Instructions:

  • Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, and seasonings. Gently toss with cucumbers.
  • Refrigerate to chill thoroughly.
