Testosterone Helping Type 2 Diabetes In Men?
By Mike Boyle
If you are a man and have type 2 diabetes and your level of testosterone is very low, there`s new research that claims testosterone replacement can help with your diabetes.
Last year, reports the U.K.`s Daily Mail Online, a study of 48 men with type 2 diabetes and low testosterone found that 80% of those getting the hormone treatment as well as the usual diabetes drugs managed to get their blood sugar levels, their body`s resistance to insulin, and weight down to healthy levels.
Oh, and there is a potential bonus, as libido`s are described as "likely" to show improvement too.
While some concerns are being raised about side effects from the treatment, and others are calling for more research, you can read more about this radical treatment here.
