Insulin causing dizziness after morning injection

When I inject insulin in the morning I feel very dizzy especially after I walk to the bus stop. How can I stop the dizziness?

From the information that you provided, it appears that you may experience low blood glucose levels. When you walk you increase the uptake of blood sugar into the muscle more than usual. Thus, insulin at the regular dose together with the exercise lower blood sugar to levels that may make you feel dizzy. If you walk to the bus everyday, you may want to consult your provider to reduce the dose of insulin or you may eat a snack before you walk to prevent low blood glucose reaction.
