food recommendation

how to relate the foods taken to the blood glucose level?

In order to evaluate how much food influences blood sugar, I would recommend to do a pre-prandial fingerstick (right before the meal). In addition, you will need to evaluate a post prandial fingerstick (2 hours after the meal). The difference in the fingersticks before the meal and 2 hours after the meal will allow you to evaluate how much the food that you ate for that meal influences blood glucose levels.
