The insulin in the insulin pump should be clear and never turn cloudy or have crystals in it. The change in appearance may result in a different absorption of insulin that may affect your blood sugar levels. I would refill the reservoir with new insulin and discard the insulin that is currently in the reservoir. You should not use a different kind of insulin. Use the same kind of insulin and make sure that the insulin vial is used 28 days from the date that it is open. Also, consider storing the insulin vial away from heat sources and never freeze the insulin vial.
