Clara Schneider is a registered dietitian, registered nurse, certified diabetes educator, and licensed dietitian/nutritionist. She has worked for over 30 years in the healthcare field providing individual and group education, coordinating diabetes programs, conducting workshops, public speaking, recipe analysis and menu development, and working with businesses reach health care goals.
Clara is the author of three healthcare books and has contributed to many more books and publications at both the professional and public level. Clara specializes in diabetes, celiac disease, weight loss, cancer, pregnancy, heart health, disease prevention over the life cycle and vegetarian nutrition.
