Your blood glucose meter will record your readings, but you can also record the numbers in your blood glucose log book.
You can also make comments in your log book about your carbohydrate intake, medication, and physical activity and even how you feel in relationship to your blood sugar.
With more information, you can get a better understanding of how best to manage your number.
And don't forget to take advantage of DiabetesCare.net free Blood Glucose Tracker to record your readings! Just visit our home page and look under "MyCare Tools" (free registration required to use "MyCare Tools").
