I guess the winter on top of diabetes is making my hands and feet really dry and cracked. Any suggestions on what works best to cure this? I'm kinda desperate...

There are lots of lotions that are helpful. I use a lotion called Amlactin Moisturizing Lotion that I can buy without a prescription at the local pharmacy. IT is often found where diabetes supplies are shelved. It isn't cheap - I think I paid $12 or more for an 8-ounce bottle but it does keep my skin in better condition - especially my feet and heels - always prone to callus heavily. I use it after bathing and before I put on clean socks in the morning.
