Guys i just wanna know what do you think how much weight is enough for loss in a month..??

It depends if you need to lose weight to improve your health. If you do, usually it is safe to decrease weight by 1-2 pounds per week (or in 4 weeks up to 8 pounds). As a person looses weight, sometimes their medications change. Talk over safe weight loss with your dietitian or doctor to see what is safe for you.
