Hi..my morning blood sugar is always high i.e. in the range of 150+ mg/dl. Whether I do exercise or not, it is always in this high range. In the evening, after 45-50 minutes of moderate intense walking, my readings are around 130 mg/dl and it has not crossed 145 mg/dl. This is quite satisfactorySo I want to know, how to control this Morning Blood Sugar Levels? Any ideas / Tips?
