    Hello Nouman Zaheer,
Your body mass index (BMI) is 28.2 (go to https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/guidelines/obesity/BMI/bmicalc.htm for more information on BMI). It helps blood glucose levels to loose weight if needed. Ask your doctor where you can find a dietitian to help you with your meal plan. You should also ask your doctor if you have permission to exercise for 10-15 minutes after each meal. Proper diet and exercise help with blood lipid levels as well as blood glucose.
I am assuming you were prescribed Glucophage by your physician. This is usually the first medication that is given as long as there are no problems with it. It is very helpful to most people that use it.
Surbex is a multivitamin. Go to this link for more information: http://www.webmd.com/drugs/drug-19071-surbex+oral.aspx?drugid=19071&drugname=surbex+oral.
You should also be testing your own blood glucose levels to evaluate your numbers. Call your insurance (if you have it) to see what they will help you with. Ask your medical team to help you learn how to use it.
Please let us know your progress.
