What you'll need
1/4 cupplain low fat yogurt
2 tsp.vinegar
1/2 tsp.prepared mustard
1/4 tsp.salt
1 pinchof freshly ground pepper
8 ozshredded cabbage (2 cups)
1 largeunpeeled apple, cored and thinly sliced
Instructions
Step 1 In a small bowl, thoroughly mix the yogurt, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. In a large bowl, lightly mix the cabbage and apples. Pour the yogurt mixture over the cabbage mixture; toss lightly. Serve immediately.
