What you'll need

  • 3 tbsp. old fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp. ground flax
  • 1/4 tsp. low sodium baking powder
  • 3 packet(s) sugar substitute (Splenda used in analysis)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 drop(s) vanilla (1/8 teaspoon)
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt (sweetened with low calorie sweetener)
  • 1 tsp. canola oil (Garnishes: 1/4 cup fresh blueberries, 1 oz low-fat yogurt, 1 walnut chopped in pieces)

Instructions
