What you'll need

  • 3/4 cup measurable sweetener
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 med egg
  • 2 med egg whites
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 cup flour
  • 4 tbsp. milk
  • 3/4 tsp. vinegar
  • 3 med ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Spray 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with non- stick cooking spray. Blend sugar twin, sugar, and olive oil.
  • Step 2
    Add egg whites and mix well. Sift flour and baking soda into bowl and stir. Mix milk and vinegar together, then add to mixture. Fold in bananas. Bake one hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool.
