Three ingredients for a delicious main dish! Tuna steak, crushed peppercorns, and fresh lemon juice and rind.

What you'll need

  • 1 med tuna steak (4-ounce)
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed peppercorns
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice and grated zest


  • Step 1
    Rub tuna with lemon juice and press in the crushed pepper and lemon zest.
  • Step 2
    Squirt skillet with cooking spray, and let heat on medium high fire before adding tuna.
  • Step 3
    For medium doneness, cook about four minutes per side. (Use your personal preference in timing).
