What you'll need
1 sliceturkey bacon, chopped
2 tbsp.chopped green sweet pepper
1/8 tsp.ground cumin
1/8 tsp.salt (optional)
1/8 tsp.crushed red pepper (optional)
2 medegg whites, slightly beaten, or 1/4-cup refrigerated egg product
2 tbsp.chopped tomato
3 dashbottled hot pepper sauce (optional)
1 medwarmed 8-inch fat-free flour tortilla
Instructions
Step 1 In a medium nonstick skillet cook bacon until crisp.
Step 2 Add green pepper, cumin, and salt and crushed red pepper, if desired. Cook for three minutes. Add egg whites or egg product; cook for two minutes. Stir in tomato and hot pepper sauce, if desired. Spoon onto tortilla and roll up.
