What you'll need

  • 2 cup fat-free milk (with added vitamin A)
  • 2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. coconut extract
  • 3 packet(s) sugar substitute (used Stevia sweetener in the analysis) (also need ice cubes and mint springs (optional))


  • Step 1
    In a blender, combine all ingredients except ice cubes and mint and blend on high speed until frothy. Pour into four tall glasses with ice cubes. Garnish with mint sprigs.
  • Step 2
    Note: For a thicker drink, freeze pineapple juice in a ice cube tray. Blend these pineapple cubes with all other ingredients except mint. Omit regular ice cubes. Serve in a chilled glass.
