The cashews make the flavor very surprising and appealing.
What you'll need
1 smallhead of cabbage, chopped
2 medstalks of celery
1/2 medonion, chopped
1 dashsea salt (to taste)
1 dashpepper (to taste)
1/2 cuprice milk or soy milk (more or less, as needed)
1 cupground cashews
Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farhenheit. Mix together cabbage, celery, onion, and seasonings, and place in a baking dish. Add rice milk or soy milk to cover; don't add too much. Bake until softened, about 50 minutes.
Step 2 Top with ground cashews.
Step 3 SUBSTITUTIONS: Experiment with different seasonings. If you are able to tolerate a little dairy, adding organic feta or goat cheese imparts a truly unique flavor.
