What you'll need

cranberries

cup
water

sweetener or 1-cup spoonful sweetener

package cranberry or cherry sugar-free gelatin
1
cup
diced celery
1
can
crushed pineapple, in juice (7-1/4 ounces)
1/2
cup
chopped walnuts
Instructions
Step 1
Bring cranberries and water to a boil.
Step 2
Remove from heat when cranberries have popped open.
Step 3
Add Equal or sweetener of choice and stir. Set aside to cool.
Step 4
Dissolve gelatin with one cup boiling water.
Step 5
Add cranberry sauce; mix thoroughly. Add celery, pineapple and walnuts. Pour into a mold or bowl. Place in refrigerator until set.
