What you'll need

  • 2 lb sliced carrots or small carrots
  • 1 can of (10-3/4 ounces) tomato soup
  • 1 cup measurable sweetener or 24 packets
  • 1 med onion, chopped
  • 1 med green pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 cup wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Step 1
    Boil carrots until tender, drain.
  • Step 2
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over carrots. Mix well.
  • Step 3
    Refrigerate in a covered container at least 12 hours.
