What you'll need

  • 2 cup cubed cantaloupe
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1 tbsp. frozen grape juice concentrate
  • 1 tbsp. slivered almonds
  • 1 dash ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Step 1
    Place cantaloupe in a serving bowl.
  • Step 2
    Blend yogurt and ricotta; stir in grape juice.
  • Step 3
