What you'll need
1 containerfrozen grape juice concentrate, thawed (6-ounces)
2 cupfat free, no sugar added vanilla ice cream, softened
Step 1 In a food processor blender, combine the grape juice concentrate and ice cream until smooth. Pour into six 6-ounce paper cups.
Step 2 Freeze for about one hour, then insert a wooden popsicle stick in the middle of each cup. Freeze for at least three hours. Pour mixture into eight 6-ounce paper cups. Freeze for 30 minutes, then stick a clean wooden popsicle stick into the middle of each pop. Freeze for at least three hours. To serve, let stand at room temperature for a minute or two, until you can peel away the paper cup. Eat at once.
