What you'll need
1/2 cupgrated fat free Parmesan cheese
1 pkg.roasted garlic salad dressing mix
6 medboneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 pounds)
Instructions
Step 1 Mix cheese and salad dressing mix.
Step 2 Mix beans, corn, red pepper and remaining 1/2-cup dressing. Serve with pork.
Step 3 Moisten chicken with water; coat with cheese mixture. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 400-degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through.
