6 medegg whites
2 tbsp.skim milk
1 tbsp.Butterbuds (or other butter-flavored seasoning) mixed with 1/4 teaspoon salt-free herb seasoning
Instructions
Step 1 In a small bowl, combine egg whites, milk, prepared butter mix, and seasonings. Beat with a fork or wire whisk until well blended.
Step 2 Spray a medium skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture. Cook until mixture begins to set on the bottom and around the edges.
Step 3 Gently stir until eggs are cooked but still soft and moist. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
