Dutch Cocoa with no calorie sweetener, instant coffee and fat free half and half make this creamy, warm and oh so good on a cold winter`s day!
What you'll need
- 2/3 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, Granular
- 2 tbsp. Dutch process cocoa
- 2 tbsp. instant coffee granules
- 2 cup boiling water
- 2 cup fat-free half and half, divided
- 1 container frozen whipped topping, chocolate curls (optional garnish)
- Step 1
Combine Splenda Granular, cocoa and coffee in a small bowl. Gradually whisk in boiling water, whisking until blended.
- Step 2
Stir in 1 cup half and half. Pour mixture into ice cube trays. Freeze 8 hours.
- Step 3
Pour remaining 1 cup half and half in blender. Gradually add frozen mocha cubes, blending until smooth.
- Step 4
Serve immediately. Garnish with chocolate curls and whipped topping, if desired.
