Extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar with white mushrooms, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
What you'll need
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup rice or apple cider vinegar
- 1 oz sliced white mushrooms (about 1/4-cup packed)
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 small cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Step 1
Combine all ingredients in jar of blender or food processor bowl. Process until smooth, scraping down sides with rubber spatula as necessary.
- Step 2
Refrigerate, covered, in glass or plastic container. Keeps four days refrigerated.
