What you'll need
5 cupunsweetened puffed rice
3 tbsp.granulated frutose
2 medegg whites
2 tsp.butter rum flavoring
1 tsp.vanilla extract
Step 1 Pour rice in blender and work to a powder. Pour into a large bowl or food processor. Add remaining ingredients. work with a wooden spoon or steel blade until mixture is completely blended. (Mixture will be sticky.)
Step 2 Form into 20 patties.
Step 3 Place patties on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 300-degrees for 20 minutes or until surface of patties feel dry.
