Summary

Quick, easy and healthy! Mix melted peanut butter and honey with dry roasted peanuts, raisins, cocoa powder, artificial sweetener and Grape Nuts cereal. Don`t worry about nuts! One study showed that those who ate nuts five or more times a week (almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts or peanuts) were half as likely to have a heart attack or suffer from heart disease as people who rarely or never at nuts.

What you'll need

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 packet(s) artificial sweetener
  • 1/4 cup Grape Nuts cereal

Instructions

  • Step 1
    Melt peanut butter and honey. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients except cereal.
  • Step 2
    Roll rounded teaspoon of mixture into cereal to form balls.
  • Step 3
    Chill and serve.
