What you'll need

  • 2 med whole wheat 6-inch pita breads cut in half
  • 4 oz lean cooked chicken
  • 1 med sliced ripe tomato
  • 1 med kirby cucumber, sliced
  • 4 med red leaf lettuce leaves, julienned
  • 1/2 cup lowfat plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. flavorful vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. dried oregano, parsley (each)

Instructions

  • Step 1
    Divide pita, chicken, tomato, cucumber and lettuce into four parts.
  • Step 2
    Stir together yogurt , vinegar and herbs.
  • Step 3
    Warm pita for a minute in toaster oven. Fill each with filling , add yogurt mixture.
