What you'll need

whole wheat 6-inch pita breads cut in half

lean cooked chicken

sliced ripe tomato

kirby cucumber, sliced

red leaf lettuce leaves, julienned
1/2
cup
lowfat plain yogurt
1
tbsp.
flavorful vinegar
1
tbsp.
dried oregano, parsley (each)
Instructions
Step 1
Divide pita, chicken, tomato, cucumber and lettuce into four parts.
Step 2
Stir together yogurt , vinegar and herbs.
Step 3
Warm pita for a minute in toaster oven. Fill each with filling , add yogurt mixture.
