What you'll need

  • 6 med lean pork chops
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. onion powder


  • Step 1
    Brown pork chops on both sides. Place in shallow casserole.
  • Step 2
    Combine remaining ingredients and spoon evenly over chops.
  • Step 3
    Cover and bake at 350-degrees for 45 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking 15 minutes longer or until chops are tender.
