Diabetes is caused by too much sugar
Type 1 diabetes is caused by genetics and other factors that trigger the disease.Type 2 diabetes isn’t caused by any certain food. Excess calories can cause weight gain that can contribute to developing diabetes. However, there are people of normal weight that can develop diabetes also.
