What you'll need

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 med purchased round (12 ounces) angel food cake
  • 1/2 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
  • 3 tsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice


  • Step 1
    Allow blueberries to thaw slightly. Cut angel food cake into 12 slices. Stir together yogurt, sugar and lemon juice in small bowl.
  • Step 2
    To serve, spoon yogurt mixture and blueberries evenly over cake slices. Note: This is a favorite recipe from The Sugar Association, Inc.
