What you'll need
1/2 medripe 9-inch banana
1 tbsp.fresh orange juice
1/4 tsp.ground cinnamon
1 slicewhole wheat or oatmeal bread, toasted
Instructions
Step 1 Preheat broiler. With a fork, mash banana with orange juice and cinnamon. Spread on one side of tasted bread. Place under the broiler until bubbling and lightly browned. Cut into small fingers and serve. (Recipe makes Banana Finger.)
