Summary

What you'll need
3/4 cupskim milk
3/4 cupDutch process cocoa or other unsweetened cocoa
2 tbsp.butter or margarine
2 tsp.vanilla
1 cupmeasurable sweetener
Instructions
Step 1 Gradually stir milk into cocoa in a small saucepan; add margarine and cook over medium heat just to simmering, stirring frequently.
Step 2 Stir in vanilla; cool. Stir in sweetener; refrigerate.
Step 3 Serve chocolate sauce over frozen yogurt or sliced fruit.
Step 4 NOTE:
If chocolate sauce is not completely smooth, process in blender or food processor 30 to 60 seconds.
Recipe makes about 1-1/2-cup Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce.
