Enhance your meal with this broccoli side dish that is rich in vitamins A and C.

What you'll need

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 small cloves garlic , minced
  • 1 pkg. (16 ounces) frozen broccoli flowerets , thawed, drained
  • 1 can (2-1/2 ounces) sliced pitted ripe olives , drained
  • 1/4 cup fat free Parmesan cheese


  • Step 1
    Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 seconds or until tender.
  • Step 2
    Add broccoli and olives; cook and stir four minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat. Stir in grated topping. Serve immediately.
