What you'll need
2 cupflour
1/4 cupgranulated frutose
1/4 cupgranulated sugar, such as Splenda
1 tsp.baking soda
1 dashsalt
3/4 cupmargarine
1 cupwater
1/3 cupunsweetened baking cocoa
2 medeggs
1/2 cupbuttermilk
2 tsp.vanilla
Instructions
Step 1 Combine the first five ingredients in a mixing bowl. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine margarine, water and cocoa. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Pour chocolate mixture into flour mixture. Beat until thoroughly blended.
Step 2 Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla; beat for one minute. In a greased and floured 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan; spread batter evenly on the bottom. Bake at 350-degrees for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
