Summary

What you'll need
2 canpitted tart cherries (in water; no syrup) (16 ounce each)
1 largebox cook and serve sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
1 smallbox sugar-free cherry gelatin
4 tsp.sugar substitute
1 medbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Instructions
Step 1 Drain cherries, reserving juice. Set cherries aside.
Step 2 In a saucepan, combine cherry juice and dry pudding mix.
Step 3 Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil and is thickened and bubbly.
Step 4 Remove from heat; stir in gelatin powder and sweetener until dissolved.
Step 5 Stir in the cherries; transfer to pie shell. Cool completely. Store in refrigerator.
