What you'll need

  • 2 pkg. fat-free cream cheese, at room temperature (8 ounces each)
  • 24 pkg. sweetener 1-cup measurable sweetener
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. skim milk
  • 1/2 cup European or Dutch-process cocoa
  • 1 tsp. vanilla


  • Step 1
    Beat cream cheese, sweetener and 1-tablespoon milk in small bowl until fluffy. Beat in cocoa, vanilla and enough remaining milk to make spreading consistency.
  • Step 2
    Makes enough to frost 2-layer cake.
