What you'll need
3 tbsp.unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tsp.cornstarch
1 1/2 cupnonfat milk
1 tsp.vanilla extract
1 1/2 cupspoonable sugar substitute
1 1/2 tsp.maple-flavored extract
Instructions
Step 1 Stir together cocoa, cornstarch and nonfat milk to blend in a small saucepan.
Step 2 Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Step 3 Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, maple extract and sugar substitute. Chill before serving.
