What you'll need

  • 1 cup low-fat (1 percent) cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 6 med radishes, finely chopped
  • 2 small carrots, shredded
  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp. chopped scallions (white part only)
  • 2 tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 dash vegetable salt substitute (to taste)


  • Step 1
    Using a potato masher or fork, mash cottage cheese to break up curds. Blend in yogurt and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Chill for one hour before serving with raw vegetables or fat-free chips. Recipe makes two-cups Clown Party Dip.
