What you'll need
1 cuplow-fat (1 percent) cottage cheese
1/2 cupplain nonfat yogurt
6 medradishes, finely chopped
2 smallcarrots, shredded
2 tbsp.chopped parsley
2 tbsp.chopped scallions (white part only)
2 tbsp.chopped pimento
1 tsp.prepared horseradish
1 dashvegetable salt substitute (to taste)
Instructions
Step 1 Using a potato masher or fork, mash cottage cheese to break up curds. Blend in yogurt and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Chill for one hour before serving with raw vegetables or fat-free chips. Recipe makes two-cups Clown Party Dip.
