What you'll need
3 largeeggs, slightly beaten, or 3/4-cup egg substitute
2 tbsp.sugar
1/4 tsp.salt
1/8 tsp.ground nutmeg
2 cupfat-free milk
1/2 tsp.pure vanilla extract
1 pinchground cinnamon
Instructions
Step 1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Step 2 In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, salt and nutmeg. Slowly stir in milk and vanilla. Pour 1/2 cup custard into each of six 5-ounce custard cups. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step 3 Set filled custard cups in a shallow pan. Pour about 1 inch of hot water in the pan around custard cups. Bake on center rack of oven 35 minutes, or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Serve hot, warm or chilled.
