Summary

What you'll need
1/4 cupmargarine
1 medegg
3 tbsp.frozen orange juice concentrate
3/4 cupall-purpose flour, sifted
1/4 cuprolled oats
2 1/2 tsp.sugar or sweetener equal to
1/4 tsp.baking soda
1/8 tsp.cream of tartar
1 dashsalt
1 tsp.orange peel
1/2 cupdried cranberries
1/2 cupchopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
Step 1 Cream margarine in a medium bowl. Beat in egg and frozen orange juice concentrate. Combine flour, rolled oats, sweetener, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt and orange peeling a separate bowl. Add dry ingredients into the creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in dried cranberries and chopped walnuts. Drop by teaspoons onto a lightly sprayed non-stick cookie sheet.
Step 2 Bake at 375-degrees for nine to ten minutes until bottoms are lightly browned. Cool on wire racks. (Recipe makes 24 cookies)
