What you'll need
1 cupquick cooking oatmeal
1 cuporange juice
2 cupuncooked oat bran
2/3 cupflour
1/2 cupnonfat dry milk
2 tsp.baking powder
1/2 tsp.baking soda
1 dashsalt
1/3 cupgranulated sugar replacement
1/3 cupgranulated fructose
1/4 cupvegetable oil
2 medeggs
2 tsp.vanilla extract
Instructions
Step 1 Soak oatmeal in orange juice in a large bowl for at least 15 minutes. Combine the next six ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients into the oatmeal mixture. Add oat-bran mixture and stir to mix. Turn into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 425-degrees for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool.
