Raw unsalted pecans sweetened lightly with brown sugar Sugar Twin, butter and salt to taste. Basically these are toasted pecans done low carb.

What you'll need

  • 1 cup raw unsalted pecans
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. "Sugar Twin" brown sugar
  • 1 to taste salt (optional)


  • Step 1
    Melt butter in skillet. Add brown sugar, pecans, salt to taste, Cook over medium heat stirring frequently.
  • Step 2
    When nuts have browned slightly, empty onto paper towel. Let cool. (Note: Store in freezer for freshness)
