Special due to its low fat nature and indulging in chocolate ice cream! Sugar free pudding mix, artificial sweetener, baking cocoa, vanilla, evaporated milk and light frozen whipped topping, frozen into a very ice cream-like treat.
What you'll need
- 1 pkg. sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix (1.5 ounces)
- 6 packet(s) artificial sweetener (equivalent to 1/4-cup sugar)
- 2 tbsp. baking cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 cup evaporated milk
- 4 oz light frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Step 1
In a blender, combine the pudding mix, sweetener, cocoa, milk and vanilla; process on low until smooth.
- Step 2
Fold in the whipped topping until smooth. Pour into a shallow 2-quart freezer container.
- Step 3
Cover and freeze for 30 minutes. Stir with a wire whisk; return to freezer until ready to serve.
